How do you ensure customers with a bulk LPG tank do not run out of gas?

Calor LPG bulk tank customers should never have to worry about running out of fuel because of The Think Tank® telemetry system, developed by Calor, which when fitted, monitors the level of gas left in the tank and notifies Calor when a delivery is required. Delivering the customer added peace of mind for a constant supply of gas.

What about cylinder users' refuelling options?

Lighter users of LPG usually find Calor cylinders are the most effective method of refuelling.

Available as simple exchange units in 12kg and 18kg capacities, Calor has an extensive cylinder distribution network with over 8000 dealers and stockists, meaning our cylinder customers are never far from an outlet.

What type of maintenance schedule is there for LPG?

With Calor, your customers should not need to worry about a thing. The low monthly rental fee for our Calor LPG bulk tanks and equipment covers all of our stringent testing and maintenance procedures. We provide public liability insurance cover in relation to the operation and use of our bulk tanks and associated equipment. In addition, we have a dedicated emergency helpline, providing urgent assistance 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

There is often a lot of dirty gas which causes customers problems with their workload. What has Calor done for this?

Calor LPG cylinders undergo rigorous cleaning and servicing procedures. Unique to Calor, our forklift truck cylinders also have an internal magent which ensures oxidised metal particles are collected and prevented from entering the engine and blocking the filters.
